I joined Bar Method after my mom had been coming for a few years and convinced me of its many benefits. I have always been active in sports or working out at the gym, but I never experienced the type of rigor that turned in to immediately noticiable results like I did with Bar Method. Taking Bar Method is like having a personal trainer who is looking out for your form, performance, improvement and safety while still offering a strong community of strong women (and some strong men!).

In just the first 4 months of taking Bar Method classes 3-4 times each week, I lost around 15 pounds and saw a change in my thighs that I never thought was possible. I never considered myself overweight, but we all have areas of our body that we wish we could tone just a little bit more, for me it was always my thighs. Bar Method targeted that area for me and helped me strengthen and lengthen my legs into something I can be proud of.






I absolutely love the teachers, the friends and the physical health that I have experienced at Bar Method.
